Brandon Mioduszewski is a documentary filmmaker and video journalist from the Chicago area. His ethnographic and journalistic work forefronts identity formation and the personal profile, exploring how people make sense of their lives.

KBIA is an NPR member station in Columbia, MO, and covers mid-Missouri news. I independently produce, shoot, edit, and animate vertical reporter videos for KBIA’s Instagram page.

BLOOMBERG NEWS

In the summer of 2024, I interned at Bloomberg News on the Media & Entertainment beat. I reported on and wrote over 15 digitally-published articles, including multiple feature-length stories and a sports betting story published in-print in Bloomberg Businessweek. My writing skills heavily inform my video production process, allowing me to apply journalistic structure to my video projects.

THE DARTMOUTH

The videos below are a sample of some of the coverage I’ve done for The Dartmouth, the oldest college newspaper in the country, where I relaunched the video section after three years of inactivity and have accumulated over 250,000 views on Instagram Reels.
